विडियोकॉन HD डिश में रिमोट ख़राब होने पर या नया रिमोट सेट (paired) करने के लिए
Videocon hd डिश में सामान्य रिमोट नहीं होता इसमे RF remote होता है ।जब कभी रिमोट काम न करे तो
(1) 3 volts की बैटरी को चेक करे । पॉवर कम है तो बदल दे ।
( ३ वोल्टस का cell अगर मल्टीमीटर में सही दिखा रहा तब भी बैटरी नया लगा कर देखे क्योकि अक्सर ३ महीने में इस रिमोट की बैटरी ख़राब हो जाती है )
(2) डिश setup box में पॉवर प्लग के नजदीक FTY RESET का एक छोटा सा स्विच होता है । इसे 30 सेकंड तक दबा कर रखना ।

फिर रिमोट से * (star) key को 5 सेकंड तक दबा कर रखने के बाद ok प्रेस करे
अब टीवी स्क्रीन पर आये हुए नंबर को enter करने पर रिमोट काम करने लग जाता है ।

Deleteit means your dish has misalignment .please first check your cable wire near dish .
